Shipping & Return Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Return Policy before purchasing our products. This policy applies to all orders placed with us. Wyspell is a registered brand of Futura People Inc, which manages fulfillment and returns.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery process is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please contact the courier directly for assistance with lost or stolen deliveries.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe delivery location.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

All orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, including Next Day and International Priority shipments.

Shipping Process

Shipping times vary depending on destination. In most cases, domestic orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

We currently do not ship worldwide, but we’re working to expand our shipping options so we can share the magic of Wyspell globally.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns based on a change of heart. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@wyspell.com - we’ll do our best to make it right.

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
Any return must first be approved by our team and include Wyspell’s return authorization consent. All approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving return authorization.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original or adequately protective packaging.

All returns are at the discretion of Wyspell.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email help@wyspell.com with detailed photos. Each case will be reviewed, and eligible items may be replaced or refunded at Wyspell’s discretion.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Wyspell is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered parcels.
Please report lost or stolen packages directly to the carrier.
Packages returned to Wyspell due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for any item that: Is not in its original condition, Is returned without prior authorization, or Is not postmarked within 30 days of receiving Wyspell’s return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
